At Showstopper, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.

Return Processing Timeline

You must return the package, or request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product, with a valid reason. To be eligible for return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with the product's tag, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

How to Return Your Item

To start a return, contact us via Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/showstopperbd.com or e-mail us at showstopper@purplecare.xyz.  If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label via inbox or e-mail with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery orders if the product was accepted and delivered successfully. For prepaid orders, we will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and inform you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank, bKash, or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. For exchanges, Showstopper will cover the shipping cost for the new item sent to you.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item, initiate a return and, once accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item. We will deliver the exchanged product within 15 days after receiving the returned items and check if we have received the right products for valid reasons only. Exchanges are only valid if accepted by Showstopper. 

Exceptions: Non-returnable and Non-refundable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, items from contests, offers, giveaways, or gift cards. If you have specific concerns, please reach out to us.

Fraudulent Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange if we suspect fraudulent activity or misleading claims. All returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis by our specialist team.
